Learning Outcome 1.There are many influences but it is up to the school policy makers how to collect, to generate report on data collection and how to compute it and makes them do better by giving the analysis for enhanced performances. 2.Considering the patterns that affect the child’s abilities it is more important to mark the closely identifiable factors and analyze them with right blend of activities. 3.The session also led to the understanding and giving the deeper insight of how to prepare the education system as a role model for higher education and to work as a strong bridge towards result oriented career. The leaders should be well versed, follow well networking to frame and share the best tools and techniques that can be used for better learning.

Learning Outcome 4. Hours of discussion also led to understand the performance building system for teachers through gap analysis. Various rubrics for talent acquisition and understanding the parameters like knowledge, skills and aptitude. 5. We all as educationist believe that the era is of transformational and instructional leaders who act as guide, molder and the director capable to bring the direct change by accepting the responsibility.
