MOU signed by 36 countries Today has 38 members: Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, France, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Montserrat, Nicaragua, Panama, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Spain, Suriname, The Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos, UK, USA and Venezuela. Created a WCO/CCLEC Joint Intelligence Office to support the Customs Enforcement Network (CEN).
