Cougar Writing Camp Today: SYNTAX Syntax = Sentence Structure:  Effective sentence structure can elevate “okay” writing to “memorable” writing.  Structuring sentences correctly is essential to becoming an effective writer.  Today, we will work on SENTENCE FLUENCY.

Phrase One-Pager Six Groups Create a One-Pager that includes:  Phrase name and definition  A one-sentence example including the phrase  A quote by a famous person using that phrase  An illustration to pair with the phrase  Color (your one-pager should be attractive)  Group member names on the back
