INFORMATION SOCIETY IN MONTENEGRO How we started? 2001 as a ‘starting point’… Regulatory and institutional changes: Changes in regulation - adoption of the new Law on telecommunications (2001) New regulator – the Agency for telecommunications (2001) Privatization of the Telekom Crna Gora (2005) Its majority owner is Magyar Telekom (76.53%) From September 26, 2006 became part of the T family of Deutsche Telekom.
