Strategic Planning forms an important part of the CLP. 2. Be able to work with Club leaders and members to develop or update the clubs’ Strategic plan. 3. Learn the importance of establishing goals 4. Be able to use the Planning Guide for Effective Rotary Guide to work with club members to establish club goals for the coming year. Learning Objectives

It involves an analysis of the work environment, the economic issues, the trends, the existing competition. The trend of a strategic plan is to shape the future of the organisation, whether totally or partially.
