The velocity of the body remains constant unless the body is acted upon by an external force. Newton’s First Law: Law of Inertia

W h a t ’ s H a p p e n i n g ? Dolores introduces herself and lets the user know to interact with the kicker. Hi, I’m Dolores!

What’s happening here? After the kicker kicks the ball, the ball hits the tree. Then the bananas fall from the tree.

Afterwards, Dolores explains Newton’s Law of Inertia if the bananas are touching Dolores (this should occur at all times). What’s happening?

User Interactions The user must click on Dolores to initiate the program. Afterwards, the user must click on the kicker for the kicker to kick the ball at the bananas. Then the user must click the space bar for the ball to go to the tree. After the bananas fall on the ground, Dolores explains the Law of Inertia.

Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass. Newton’s Second Law: F = ma

Dolores introduces the Second Law to the user. What’s Happening!?

The kicker produces problems for the user to solve so they can understand the formula of how to calculate force. The user must get 3 questions correct or incorrect to move on to the next law. What is happening now?

User Interactions After Dolores introduces the 2 nd Law, the user must type ‘z’ to initiate the the next step. When the kicker presents the problems, the user needs to input his/her answer within the designated space and press enter to submit it. After the user is done with the problems, they need to press ‘a’ to move on to the next law.

The mutual forces of action and reaction between two bodies are equal and opposite. Newton’s Third Law

What’s Happenin’? Dolores will introduce the 3 rd Law to the user. Dolores will initiate an “epic wizard vs. box battle of force.” After the battle finishes, Dolores will explain the 3 rd law. Afterwards, Dolores will let the user know how to end the program. In order to restart the program, the user must reset everything manually.

User Interactions After the user types ‘a’ to initiate the 3 rd law, the user just sits back and watches the battle. To end the program, the use must hover Dolores with the mouse in order to end the program. To rearrange everything for another run through, the user must type ‘b’. The user must right click on Dolores to resize her.
