 To get IYCF issues included in nat/subnat level budget  In negotiating budgets with donors  How much it will really cost  It gives us the essential components of IYCF not to miss out areas during planning (to revise the action plan)  Underlining the areas which are prioritised  Help to collect regional budgets in case a national budget is needed
