Amendment #2 to City Attorney Services Contract

Amendment #2 to City Attorney Service Contract Garganese, Weiss, and D’Agresta have provided City Attorney Services since Amendment #1 provided for a monthly retainer of $22,500 and an hourly rate of $150 for attorney services outside the retainer. Proposed Amendment #2 will increase the monthly retainer to $25,875 and the hourly rate to $175 for attorney services outside the retainer. Proposed Amendment #2 is the first rate increase since 2008.
