4/21/11 National Standards for Physical Education Standard 1: Demonstrates competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities. Standard 2: Demonstrates understanding of movement concepts, principles, strategies, and tactics as they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities. Standard 3: Participates regularly in physical activity. Standard 4: Achieves and maintains a health-enhancing level of physical fitness. Standard 5: Exhibits responsible personal and social behavior that respects self and others in physical activity settings. Standard 6: Values physical activity for health, enjoyment, challenge, self-expression, and/or social interaction.

4/21/11 Needs Assessment - Poor School District 95 % students are Minority 85 % scored Minimal on MCT 10 % of students at this school received athletic scholarships - This physical education technology curriculum will boost that percentage rate to 40%.

4/21/11 Process -Coaches receive training over a five year period. -Coaches will be equipped with promethium boards in classrooms and locker rooms. - Each player will be provided programs and personal I-pads in order to study plays at home. -Students visit colleges on line and have tutoring sessions with coaches all over America.

4/21/11 Conclusion This Technology Grant would help our student athletes become.. Advertised Energized Commercialized Organized Not to mention the technology education these students could receive daily!!
