It can be used for a number of different commands Tip: With all these commands if you add a number e.g. so if you want to copy a line a number of times type “2 and so on Searching Command Column In all enquiries you can add search filters to the enquiry results Press [Ctrl] + [F]This opens up a search row above the results and below the column headings. Enter the criteria you want to filter by (in this case we have entered 31 Jul 2011). Press [Ctrl] + [G]To run the filter/search Press [Ctrl] + [Q]To remove the search filter Sorting In all columns you can select a column heading to sort it in ascending/descending order. You just need to right-click and select. A triangle will appear next to the column heading to indicate the sort order. In the above example, the Status column is sorted in ascending order.

Instead of entering the same details time and time again you can set up a favourite enquiry Steps to a favourite enquiry Find and run your Enquiry Set up the appropriate parameters in the Selection area Customise the Enquiry Select the Favourites icon Enter the name of the Enquiry Select OK Select Save Now whenever you select the Favourites icon your Enquiry will appear in the list To run the Enquiry Select the Favourites icon Select it. Select Execute
