How do you praise the LORD….? Praise GOD in His sanctuary, Praise Him in His mighty heaven! Praise Him for His mighty works, Praise His unequaled greatness. Praise Him with blasts of the horn, Praise Him with the lyre and harp! Praise Him with the tambourine and dancing; Praise Him with strings and flutes! GOD is Worthy of Praise for HIS Guidance Exodus 13:17-22 GOD’s Purpose for Guiding the Nation was not apparent…HE was leading them into a Trap! They were hemmed in between the Red Sea and Pharaoh's Army…HE put them into a situation that ONLY GOD COULD DELIVER THEM. HE MADE A WAY WHERE THERE WAS NO WAY. HE WAS WORKING OUT HIS SOVEREIGN PURPOSE FOR THE NATION.

The Nation Israel was led by a Pillar of Cloud by Day and a Pillar of Fire by night….GOD’s PRESENCE was ever displayed before the Nation for a period of 40 Years…!! GOD’s presence was with Israel AND His presence is with US today in the Person of the Holy Spirit. We do not have a cloud….but we have the Spirit Himself, guiding us into all truth. John 16:13 Question: When have you been able to look back at your life and see the guiding hand of the Holy Spirit…? How does looking at GOD’s guidance in the past increase your confidence in His future guidance…?

GOD is worthy of Praise for his glory.. Exodus 14:1-14 “…and Pharaoh king of Egypt pursued the Israelites….The Egyptians, all Pharaoh’s horses and chariots, his horsemen, and his army, chased after them and caught up to them as they camped by the sea… Moses said, “Stand firm and see the Lord’s Salvation”

GOD’s Strategies and Purpose are not what MAN would expect…. GOD’s ways are above what Man can see…and ‘all things work together for GOOD’… It is a hard lesson for man that our major growth in understanding and accepting GOD’s plan comes out of ADVERSITY.. We need only to trust in GOD’s wisdom…. The nation Israel was trapped between the depths of the Red Sea and the charging Egyptian elite Army…Pharaoh was confident in his intent to defeat the Israelites and return them to the enslavement of Egypt.

God is worthy of Praise for His Deliverance. Exodus 14:21-31 “…and the waters came back and covered the Egyptian chariots and horsemen, the entire army of Pharaoh, that had gone after them into the sea. None of them survived.
