GETTING READY FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ASSESSMENT Recommendation Form – Bulletin ◦ Attachment G Copies of the following for participants: ◦ Agenda ◦ PowerPoint ◦ Minutes from previous meetings to be approved ◦ Data ◦ SPSA Evaluation ◦ Keep documentation (i.e. agendas, sign ins and minutes) as evidence that that the ELAC has reviewed and provided recommendations prior to the submission of the SPSA If 15% or more of pupils in a school speak a single primary language other than English (Ed Code 48985), all notices given to parents or guardians must be written in English and in the student’s primary language (Bulletin page 18 )
