Manager. The Guideline for Exam Paper Preparation shall be referred. Guideline for Exam Paper Preparation 2 Manager / Asst. Manager distributes to appointed Internal Moderator for moderation process. Note: For the same subject offered by two different faculties in the same trimester, the Subject Coordination Sheet shall be referred. Internal Moderation Form (ACAD/FORM/09) 3 Internal moderator to moderate and submit the moderation report to Manager / Asst. Manager. 4 Manager / Asst. Manager to check if there is any changes suggested by the Internal Moderator. If yes, the Manager / Asst. Manager submits the report to subject coordinator for revision. If no, the dean to decide whether to send for External Moderation or submit to the Moderation Panel Committee. 5 Subject coordinator received the report, revise paper according to comments, and submit papers to Manager / Asst. Manager for compilation. 6 Manager / Asst. Manager compiles the papers for external moderation and send by mail or by hand. Note : The selection of examination paper is based on the following : New subject Subject with high failure rate Subject which is assign to new lecturer Subject that received unsatisfactory moderation score Etc External Moderation Form 7 Review by Dean/ Moderation panel committee. Approve - submit to Manager / Asst. Manager for compilation. Not approve - submits report to subject coordinator for revision. 8 The moderation process is carried out by the external examiners. Once done, the external examiner to submit report to the dean.

Manager receives the external moderation report from the Dean. No changes - compile the paper. Changes - submit to the subject coordinator for revision. 10 Subject coordinator received the report, revise paper according to comments, and submit papers to Manager / Asst. Manager for compilation together with the permission to print exam paper form. Permission to print exam paper form (ERU/FORM/18.1) 11 Manager / Asst. Manager received the papers and compile. 12 Manager / Asst. Manager submits the papers to ERU for further examination process. The submission must be according to ERU’s requirement.
