A. EDUCATORS PRACTICE IS DELIBERATE B. BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE LINK BETWEEN TEACHING PRACTICE AND LEARNING OUTCOMES Ka Hikitia- Asmita

Educators Practice is deliberate Rationale: Effective teaching needs to have clear deliberate planning that is also flexible. Using relevant evidence has been the main focus for me. This will help me to use that data with a clear and deliberate effect to support my planning, with a focus on literacy Next Step: Continue to monitor students using the data to guide me to their next learning steps As a teacher my goal is to have the learning programme that guides all areas of the students learning, including their relationship with me.

Better understanding of the link between teaching practice and learning outcomes Rationale: Active involvement of learners in identifying learning goals and criteria for knowing when achieved Share with and make sure that the children are clear about what I am intending them to learn and why. Next Step: Continue to, share with the students the link between teaching and learning, in terms of objectives. share the specific assessment criteria with students help students understand what they have done well and what they need to develop I would like my students to have a greater ownership of their learning and become reflective about their journey.
