3 CMBG was first challenged to identify CM Performance Indicators in 2001  The initiative was to support NEI Standard Nuclear Performance Model CMBG Steering Committee developed first “strawman” set of indicators in 2004  The basis for the indicators was the CM Process Model CM Performance Indicators Historical Overview

5 A Working Group was established to formalize the indicators across the industry The Working Group presented its results at the 2005 CMBG conference The conclusion was that a uniform set of CM Performance Indicators was not realistic:  Too many site-specific cultural, management expectation and definition differences CM Performance Indicators Historical Overview (Continued)
