Obtaining “E” Teacher Numbers An “E” teacher number is issued, for charter schools, when a certified staff member does not hold a teaching certificate issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Education. To obtain an “E” teacher number, a request to with the certified staff’s name and social security number. You will then use the “E” teacher number as the “teacher number” on the Certified Personnel Report. 4

School Directory  To provide a SCHOOL DIRECTORY, the Oklahoma State Department of Education (SDE) has added a tab, “Online Directory”, to the School Personnel Report application located on the Single Sign On (SSO) system. Please insure that your directory information is always current and up-to-date. This is used by many SDE offices to obtain contact information for various notifications/server groups.  Contact our office throughout the year if you need to make any changes. 5

6 Superintendent/Head of School Contracts  All Superintendent/Head of School contracts will be uploaded/ submitted in the Personnel Report. You will find this information on the “Welcome Screen” of the School Personnel Report application.  Please remember! All schools should have the Superintendent/Head of School/Dean/etc. listed as a “Superintendent – Job Code 115” and SPR data will be compared to OCAS submissions.
