What is e-Accessible? ‘It is e-accessible, it is online!’ ‘It is e-accessible, it is released under an open source license’ TRUE? FALSE?

Why is it important? According to the UN, disabled people represent 15% of worldwide population Largest minority Growing minority (ageing population; conflicts; natural disasters) How many disabled students at university? How many teachers with disabilities? What about lifelong learning?

Why is it important? (2) National, regional and international bodies are asking for better inclusion Goal 4.
