Generalized Anxiety Disorder Mental health condition in which a person is often worried or anxious about many things and finds it hard to control this anxiety. Symptoms: Easily startled/ scared Worries Fatigue Can’t relax Getting upset easily

GAD: Causes GAD sometimes runs in families, but doctors don’t know why some member have anxiety while others don’t Researchers have found that several parts of the brain are involved in fear and anxiety Stress, environment and situations may play a role
