Couples for Christ is Parish-based 2000 – CFC was granted Vatican recognition as a private lay association of Pontifical right. The recognition by Vatican of an association constitutes a declaration of ecclesiastical authority stating that the association is REALLY IN CHURCH, that everything in it is in AGREEMENT with nature of the CHURCH. Our ONENESS with the CATHOLIC CHURCH is expressed in CFC Vision Statement. CFC is Parish-based.

1.Building the Church of the HOME Family Renewal –To strengthen and defend the family as a basic unit of society and of the Church in accordance with God’s plan. Christian Life Program (CLP) – Seminar – An integrated course intended to lead the participants into a renewed understanding of God’s call to them. Purposes of CLP – 1) Evangelization 2) Spiritual Renewal

What does CLP do? For the FAMILY – CLP brings married couples to a renewed commitment to Christian Family Life and it starts to build-up a community of committed Christian families. For the CHURCH – It brings people within a particular PARISH to a fuller experience of Life in the Spirit. Consequently, it strengthens and revitalizes community life in the PARISH.

After the Christian Life Program – Couples are grouped into Households of 5 couples each Household Unit – composed of 5 Households Chapter – composed of 5 Units They meet regularly (weekly) with Bible as spiritual base. Chapter Assembly – Monthly
