Project Vote Grant Collaboration Between Georgia Advocacy Office and People First of Georgia

Project Vote Grant  10 chapter will be selected from all that apply  To apply Fill out the enclosed form and Project Vote Plan.  Deadline to apply is September 10 th at 12 noon. Chapters chosen will be notified by and phone on Sept. 11 th  You can fax or your grant application to Cheri Mitchell Fax

Project Vote Grant  The 10 chapters chosen will receive $200 from the Georgia Advocacy office upon completion of your project vote plan.  You will have to a picture and report from trainings that must include where, when, how many people attended and what happened at the training.  Voter story from your chapter featuring a chapter member including a picture of that person.  Completed surveys and closing grant form to receive the grant money.

Project Vote Grant Selection Criteria:  The 10 chapter that submit the 10 best voting project plans will be picked.  What has to be in the plan  At least Two voting poll surveys  Two Voter Ed trainings to at least 2 nursing facilities  Voter story featuring a chapter member

Project Vote Grant  If your chapter is selected your Project Vote committee will need to attend the Project vote workshop at the state conference.  In the workshop you will be taught how to use the poll and membership vote experience surveys and the Voter Ed handouts that will be used in your voter ed trainings
