WOW COMPROMISE- NOUN  an agreement or a settlement of a dispute that is reached by each side making concessions

COMPROMISE: SYNONYMS  TREATY, SETTLEMENT, AGREEMENT, NEGOTIATION

COMPROMISE: ANTONYMS  DISSENSION, DISSENT, DISPUTE, MISUNDERSTANDING

COMPROMISE: SENTENCE  IN ORDER TO REACH AN AGREEMENT, BOTH SIDES HAD TO COMPROMISE.  IN ORDER TO REACH AN AGREEMENT, BOTH SIDES HAD TO COMPROMISE.

COMPROMISE: EXAMPLE  The Great Compromise, aka the Connecticut Compromise, resolved the highly controversial issue of representation that was raised at the Constitutional Convention that was held between May 25, September 17, 1787 at the Pennsylvania State House in Philadelphia.
