The checklist will be your “Holy Grail” for every start date. It will have all the important student info that you will be using for the next few weeks. Name, Contact # and Program, Program Dates Uniform sizes, equipment and materials they order and/or received etc. The checklist can also be used to create the Confirmation Letters and Attendance Roster to save time and create uniformity.

MyCulinaryLab. You will receive an with your Student Access Codes for registering on MyCulinaryLab. You will receive one code per student / set of books ordered Students that already have their books (started program in Kitchen) will receive a “Campus Loaner” set of books and will be registered separately.

Registration Confirmation List will be your master list of all students registered on Pearson website for each start date. PLEASE NOTE: This is one of the documents from which you can pull the data from the registration list to create. Copy & paste!

Pearson ID = LC + Campus Initials + the digits of LC student ID (Example: LC Durham = LCD00001) Student’s Name & Address Assign a Pearson Access Code to each student “Newly enrolled” Any students that have previously received a set of Wiley textbooks will be entered under a separate Confirmation List. These students will be given a set of LC Loaner textbooks that will be returned upon completion of program. You have received your with your Pearson Access Codes! Your Pearson Registration Confirmation List is ready! Now you can begin registering each student into the Personal MyLab & Mastering website:

Pearson will set up each new start date with: Course ID Program Code

Click Register Student, enter all fields as required. PLEASE NOTE Default Recovery Question should always be “What is my security hint” and the answer should always be the same for all the students (example: Liaison)

Once your registration has been confirmed, you will get a screen like this. Print 2 copies 1 copy goes with student package and the 2 nd into their LC File.

Once you have completed all your registrations. Copy of this for each student’s file with their name & highlight. You now have a master list for quick reference and you also have your merge data to create your Pearson Registration Letter.

The administrators are registering the students and on their behalf they are agreeing to the “Pearson End- User Agreement”. In order to be compliant, please have each student read and sign the Pearson Education End User Agreement & Privacy Policy. Keep with their registration information in the administrative file.
