January 14,2013 MUSIC PLC Assignment

Why do we need to do this activity? To help you succeed in communicating with your administrators on how you address each of the North Carolina Standards in your Music Classroom. This will also help you to show data that substantiates your teaching proficiency level. It will also help you see where you are now and what you need to improve on. It will also help you to realize what your strengths are and where you need to seek out professional development. It will also make your life easier in the long run by providing you with a tool to help communicate with your administrators about what you are doing and how you are improving student learning.
