Free Text Feedback Age range may not be accurate due to using old form Repeating questions for every patient is very time consuming Some patients were ambivalent about their safety in hospital, simply because they did not want to be in hospital in the first place. A few of the patients refused to engage in the discussion due to their current mental state. Q7 Self harm occurred before and after admission. Age group not necessarily accurate as old form used.

Measures Discussion Community Version Patient Contact Question Alternatives Did you raise a concern about your mental health with a GP in the last 7 Days? Do you feel these concerns were taken seriously? Feedback from Mental Health Practitioners My clients routinely raise concerns with me about their GPs. Absolutely worth measuring to help influence GP training /awareness maybe. Do not routinely ask about GPs so currently do not have any information.
