The Area Diabetes Clinical Stream Leadership Group What is the purpose of the leadership group? “The Area Diabetes Clinical Stream Leadership Group is the peak group in relation to diabetes care within Hunter New England Health. It will lead and overview the implementation of the Area Diabetes Services Strategic Plan”
