 Hazardous Substances Engineer, California Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Toxic Substances Control, Berkeley (Since Jul 1988 – 24 plus years)  Environmental Engineering duties including permitting, closure, post-closure and cleanup of hazardous waste facilities in compliance with both federal and state regulations. Facilities included boilers, industrial furnaces, open-burn, open detonation, mixed-waste, precious metals and used oil treatment and storage facilities.
