Mrs. Braaten’s Cool Cats and Their Great Accomplishments Works and crafts completed by Mrs. Braaten’s Second Grade Class

We made words using the –at and –ate chunks. We used the dictionary to help us with new words.

We are creating our class tepee. We used Native American symbols to tell a story on our tepee. They were displayed on our Smart Board. We used Native American symbols to tell a story on our tepee. They were displayed on our Smart Board.

This is another view of making our tepee. We are hard workers!!!!!

Tepee drawings continued…… We did a great job!

Our Finished Tepee!!! Finally it is done!! We are going to turn it into a Christmas tree later.

Working on our Own Tepees… We are creating our own tepees and learning about the symbols Native Americans used.

Our completed dream catchers! These took a week to complete. They were hard to do and we had to work together to do them.

Mrs. Braaten and her Second Grade Cool Cats Thank you for watching our power point. There will be more to come as we complete more projects and other items. Stay tuned……..
