Team Building It is important to Recognize each others strengths and weaknesses and utilize them Trust, courtesies, and establishing routine procedures are key for effective team building Create a team with unity of purpose

Start with a famous quote and go around the table to discuss what that quote means to each person Perform a group exercise that requires problem solving and cooperation Use a page from a brain teaser book to challenge members to work together Team Building Exercises:
