Assignment 7

There is no assignment 7

Assignment 8 Due November 4 th

Assignment 8 Posters (“The Charrette”) You need to make a poster describing your project so far – It could be on actual poster paper – Or it could just be some regular paper taped on the wall in grid fashion

Assignment 8 Posters should describe – Data set and where it came from – What you’re trying to predict – The current best model you have – The features in that current best model – Other features you’ve tried

Assignment 8 You also need to be ready to give a spiel about your poster and to answer questions Because on 11/4 I’m bringing in guests to critique your posters and your projects – Your grade will be based upon their opinion of your project

Assignment 8 It’s your responsibility to bring a way to display your poster to class – Tape – Easel – Friend to hold it in the air – Whatever you prefer

Questions? Comments?
