Mike: Action Items Status Lens Covers o Incomplete:  Still waiting on shell XBee's tested in lab o Complete  Replicated signals from bike, functionality confirmed Tech Paper o Delayed, due to poster pull-forward Poster rough draft o Complete o Met with Killian to make layout o Created draft of content

Mike: Action Items Status cont. Misc. EE work: o Assisted Eric with testing board functionality and revisions to new board layout o Completed CEMA lab training, received swipe access

Mike: Next Steps for Week 8 Finalize poster- 4 hours Light channels? Populate boards upon arrival ~ 12 hours Assist with misc. wiring

Tyler: Action Items Status Shell Rework/Remake o Complete o Finally was able to get a g. Assembly Plan o In Progress; No new updates since last week. Poster o Incomplete, met with Killian to figure out some layouts.

Tyler: Next Steps for Week 8 Shell Assembly ~15 hrs o With shell complete, assembly should go smoothly. Majority to be completed this weekend. Poster Work w/Killian ~5-10 hrs Assembly Plan (Final details will be completed alongside the actual assembly of thr backpack) EDGE update ~3 hrs

Killian: Action Items Status Complete Photoshop and Illustrator Renderings: In Progress o Spent a lot more time than expected working on the mold and the shell, also had surprise co-op interview Form shell and Control Panel: Complete o After quite a few attempts we finally got the shell to work. o HUGE THANK YOU to Vince for helping us get the control panel printed. It looks great and the components fit through the holes perfectly Draw up Outlines of Poster, begin inserting text and graphics: In Progress o Grid layouts formed, want to edit text/content

Killian: Next Steps for Week 8 Finish Renderings: 2 in Illustrator, 2 in Photoshop ~10 hours Assist Tyler in backpack assembly ~8 hours Finish Poster ~6 hours

Major Week 8 Action Items  Mike- Lens Covers (hopefully)  TJ - Populate PCBs  Tyler- Finalize shell  Eric- MSP430 Code  All- Finish tech paper sections

Lessons Learned Mike o A backup plan will be necessary to complete our final assembly by Imagine RIT. Tyler o A good fallback plan for the mold was not in place which has pushed it's completion time back even more. Ben o Vacuum forming is trickier than I originally thought.

Lessons Learned cont. Eric TJ o Adapters were a good idea, but not feasible option because of in-house manufacturing limitation Killian
