Sample Reports

Report 1 Fish at risk of being hunted

Query

First Draft I will add a logo to personalise the report I will delete unnecessary columns, such as ‘bird/insect’ because it will be made obvious in the title which group the animals come from. I will also add an introductory paragraph, giving the audience more information about the report. I will change the page set up of the report so it is landscape, making it more appealing once printed I will change the font and theme of the report to ensure I have a continuous theme running through all my publications.

Final Draft Total = 14 entries

Report 2 Critically Endangered birds/insects

Query

Final Draft Total = 7 entries

Report 3 Endangered mammals located in Africa

Query

Final Draft Total = 10 entries

Test Buddy Feedback Danielle Rudasingwa

First Draft Feedback On all of your first drafts of the reports, the information is clearly laid out and they all have very clear titles. To improve, you should personalise your report more - edit your themes, fonts and colours. Also add a logo so you have a continuous theme running through all of your publications. You should also make sure you delete all of the unnecessary data from your reports (e.g. If all of the animals in the report are mammals, delete the mammals column.) You should also add an introductory paragraph to tell your audience a bit more about the report.

They are all consistent and maintain your theme and colour scheme very well. The logo is used throughout your reports and adds to your sense of colour and direction. Your theme and colour choices are admirable and reflect well on the subject of WildCare. All of the unnecessary information in your reports has been removed and they only contain vital information, which makes your reports easier to understand and more user friendly. Your introductory paragraphs sum up the points of the reports very well, and again make your reports easier to understand. Final Draft Feedback
