Objectives Discuss the use of climate models and forecasts in the development of a public health strategy for climate change in Maryland; Identify the needs of stakeholders and ways of addressing them as climate scientists and public health communities work with local jurisdictions to formulate community specific, culturally competent adaptation strategies; Consider ways to improve coordination of public health- and climate change-related activities in Maryland.
