Why is Ping-Pong good for you Ping-Pong is good for you because there is a lot of movement. Many people don’t think of moving when they play ping pong but you do. In Ping-Pong there is a lot of side to side movement. You also are working out your arms when playing ping pong moving it from location to location.

Brain Ping-Pong is a game that takes a lot of focus.Pingpog is actually good fro your brain. When you work out and do an activity that makes your brain smarter. Fiscal activities are the best way to get your brain smarter.
