P Procedure Do the research first Verify part is correct for your application, then check it again! Read the data sheets. Find an approved supplier who has a good price and satisfactory availability Complete a purchase request form (on class Website) Group components from same supplier on a single form Include complete description of part and other required info Include the link to the cart item if possible Don’t forget shipping and handling charges.
P Procedure the completed form to Print a hard copy, sign and date it and bring it to me in the next class, or leave it in my CSE mailbox I will notify you when I receive your part(s), and bring them to class/lab, if convenient. Parts can be picked up in lab when either the Professor or GTA is available Receipt signature required
