Definition of Terms  Enterprise i. A project undertaken or proposed ii. A company organized for commercial purposes, business forum.

Definition of Terms  Community Platform i. Role of units and departments in turning the enterprise LU to fulfil vision.

Introduction Landmark University Vision  To be a leading World Class University, by spearheading an agrarian revolution on the African continent through the exploration of hidden treasures in the mother-earth thereby restoring the dignity of the black race (Math. 6:22, Hab. 2 vs. 1-3, Mk 1 vs. 12).

Introduction Landmark University Vision  Agrarian Revolution is an enterprise (Eccl 5 vs. 9)  Technology advancement in farming is called mechanization.

Introduction Landmark University Vision  Landmark University community peculiar/specified contributions to the overall growth and stability of the Landmark emblem (Agricultural Revolution i.e. breaking new grounds)

Objective 1 Landmark University Mission  Raising a generation of solution providers through a qualitative and life-applicable training system that focuses on value and creative knowledge.

Objective  A wholistic and comprehensive view of the current Agricultural challenges.  Identify plausible solutions to peculiar shortcomings.  Creating a robust environment for life- applicable qualitative learning with updated training tools-Units and departments of Landmark University.

Objective 2 Landmark University Mission  Raising a new generation of leaders through a broad-based qualitative education built on sound biblical principles culminating in the birth of breadwinners, job creators and world changers.

Objective  Identifying and encouraging passion for agriculture.  Access to enhanced capacity building which translates to a positive mindset of possibility(possibility mentality) as they stay on the job nothing wavering- diligence.

Objective 3 Landmark University Mission  Raising an army of reformers who shall redeem the battered image of the black race and restore her lost glory as these well-equipped graduates begin to build the old waste, repair the wasted cities and raise the desolation of many generation as pathfinders.

Objective 3  Great visions do not necessarily translate to great edifices but with great oath on integrity(running at the glory), sacrifice and responsibility to avoid abortion of destiny.

Engaging the Community Platforms as University Resources  University Resources are tangible and intangible potentials required for accomplishment of set objectives and goals of a University, by them the University develop her economy and enhances relevance.

Engaging the Community Platforms as University Resources These includes: o Human resources – Number of Staff and Students. o Physical resources -Physical facilities i.e. Laboratories, Workshops, Research Farms, Modern e-Library, Offices, Classrooms.

Agrarian Mandate – A major Revenue Earner  A revisit on the vision.  Wisdom without wealth is despised(Eccl 9 vs ).  The hidden treasures in the mother- earth.

Agrarian Mandate – A major Revenue Earner The ground that must be broken include:  The mind of men- accepting the workability of the vision and seeing your part in the global picture - stakeholder.  The mother-earth – engaging the modern mechanization tools to explore giving us an edge above others.

Stake Holders Perspective As stakeholders in todays Landmark University, how do I enhance this dream to become a reality?  Buy into the vision;  Look inwards i.e. the relevance of your area of specialization to the enterprise.
