Work – Patience, Appreciation, Pay! Self – I want to feel good about myself! What about this Local church? What do you want? What is it that you look for and expect from this local church? In our lesson, I want to challenge you to think about that today but understand there are consequences to… Family – Love, Support, Understanding!

In order for this local church to be strong in the truth, you must be strong in the truth; you are a part of it… Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. – I Corinthians 1:10. c.f. John 17:17-21.

All of us want encouragement and growth, but remember there are others who are expecting that from you… 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, 25 not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. - Hebrews 10: c.f. John 4:23-24.

Again peace and unity are based upon truth, and unless YOU stand for truth as we patiently work together we will not have peace and unity… 1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. - Ephesians 4:3. c.f.
