“Hi, I am Flat Stanley! My friends brought me to the pumpkin patch but I snuck away! Do you think they can find me? What do you say?”

The boys all called out, “Flat Stanley, Flat Stanley stop sneaking around. Come out right now; you need to be found!”

“ Shhh! I am hiding in Mickey Mouse’s flowers!” says Flat Stanley.

The boys all called out, “Flat Stanley, Flat Stanley stop sneaking around. Come out right now; you need to be found!”

“Shhh! I am hiding in the spider’s web!”, laughs Flat Stanley.

The boys all called out, “Flat Stanley, Flat Stanley stop sneaking around. Come out right now; you need to be found!”

“ Shhh! I am hiding in the corn stalks!” giggles Flat Stanley.

“Shhh! I am hiding in Homer Simpson’s pocket!” snickers Flat Stanley.

“ Shhh! I am hiding in a race car at the pumpkin track!”, snorts Flat Stanley.

“ Shhh! I am hiding on top of a tomb stone!”, hoots Flat Stanley.

“Do you think the boys will see me? Will I sneak away? I really don’t think so; my luck is about up for today!”, thinks Flat Stanley.

Oh no! I can’t sneak away! The boys found me and now I can’t play!
