Consultation 2011 over 2000 responses from organisations and individuals strong endorsement for a wide range of proposals changes now reflected in the Strategic Framework

Strategic context Good news HLF will award £375m a year in new grants through to more than twice as much as we expected in 2008 But challenging economic conditions continue continued pressure on public sector finances
