The Retell Rope Mrs. Carowan’s 2 nd Grade

The Retell Rope TASKS Choose one of the stories to watch on the computer. With a partner, make your own retell rope to help you remember important elements of the story (Characters, Setting, Problem, Beginning, Important Events, and Ending). Using the knots on your rope to help you remember the story, write down your retell of the story.

Decide which of these books you would like to read. Then choose from the following slides.
