Title ID Subpart 2 Formal Agreements with Facilities to Provide Academic Programs Formal Agreements Must Include: Coordination of student’s Home School and Facility Programs  Accessing Student Records Use records to design program  Using current IEP’s  Coordinating Facility program(s) with District program(s)
