It is important to make good choices every day. We decide what to wear, how to behave, what to eat & drink and what to do with our free time. Make the best choices for a healthier you!

Which is the healthier choice? or Children should eat about 2 cups of vegetables daily and variety is the best! Both the spinach and carrots are great choices!
