Summary Stanley Yelnats is taken to Camp Green Lake. Camp Green Lake is a place for boys to learn and build discipline. On the first day, Stanley finds out he has to dig holes. They only get one canteen to drink out of every day. Mr. Sir comes around once in a while and fills their canteen. Stanley makes a deal with Hector Zeroni (aka Zero) to teach him to read.

Amazing Book I enjoyed this book because the chapters left me hanging by a thread waiting for the adventure to continue.

Why someone would like this book I think someone would enjoy this book because there is a lot of suspense and cliff- hangers.
