Heading: belongs on 1st page only. Heading consists of: Your name Teacher’s Name Class (9H1, 9H2, 9H6) Date (5 January 2016)

All pages get a header This is a numbering system which starts with 1, and ends with the last page of your paper, in this case, your works cited page. The header includes your last name only.
