Presented by Hatem Khater Founder of Terous Multi Stakeholders for Sustainable Social Initiative

Existing Ecosystem

The existing ecosystem can't cater for a sustainable inclusive development due to the fact that both government and private sector focus on capitals and main cities.

While the solution will always be at remote poor areas and villages, where NGOS are struggling and working with very outdated tools

As a result of the above the gap between communities is widened

Unfortunately taxes imposed are not enough to bridge this gap Private Sectors Government Needy

Also donations provided will not help to reach a sustainable development NGOs Individuals Needy

Social entrepreneurship is the solution

An Entrepreneur is an Entrepreneur Whether he is a business or social entrepreneur

An entrepreneur should have: Leadership

An entrepreneur should have: Creativity and Innovation

An entrepreneur should have: Ability to raise capital

But a social entrepreneur should have in addition to the above A strong feeling to community needs and a positive response to them

But a social entrepreneur should have in addition to the above An ability to work with multi stakeholders An ability to work with multi stakeholders

In order to figure out what are the real needs to the community we need three main approaches
