EMPOWERMENT Coady International Institute DIGNITY RESPECT KNOWLEDGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

In 1959, Moses Coady established the Coady International Institute in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. This institute was created to teach senior level managers in third world countries about community- based development activities. The Coady participants can then return to their home countries to improve their countrymen's quality of life.
