Quick Write: Discussion Questions Should anyone suspect Iago is doing something to influence all of these events for his own malicious purposes? If so, who and how should they know?

Model: Iago and Roderigo What do we know from each scene? ▫Cassio and Desdemona are speaking; Iago uses this to make Roderigo jealous so that he will agree with fight with Cassio ▫Iago fools Roderigo into believing that Desdemona is with Cassio ▫Roderigo tells Iago that he has no more money left and has been embarrassed by the display with Cassio, so he wants to return to Venice. Iago encourages him to wait it out and be patient.
