Do you know where Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) is located at? The University provides a wide variety of campus facilities. In past two years, water crisis has been occurs in UMP. The worst situation has occurred in year 2008; semester 2 study week. Brings a lot of problem for the students and also staffs in UMP.

OBJECTIVES To find out the main factor of water crisis in UMP. To find out the solution to overcome water crisis in UMP. QUESTIONS What is the main factor that cause water crisis in UMP? How to overcome the water crisis?

Three answer choices; a) Tanks b) Students capacity c) Café used -percentage : -Students capacity: 60%(18) -tanks: 33% (10) -café used: 7% (2). Reason of water crisis happen

30 of total 30 responses which are 100% of the responses agree. none of the responses disagree that students capacity cause water crisis happen. Will student capacity cause water crisis happen?

Three answer choices; a) Minimize water usage. b) shorter shower. c) turn off water after use. -percentage : -turn off water : 50% -minimize water usage : 47% -shorter shower : 3% Effective ways to take for staff and students if the water crisis occurs

the main reason : increase of students capacity year by year in a faster rate. William and Henry (2007) pointed out; primary reason cause water crisis happen is the population rising which increase in a fast rate. minimize water usage and turn of water after use ; prevention in order to save water. Abu Zahra (2001) : lack control over water resources also will cause water crisis happen.

 Summary of the results  The main factor of water crisis frequently occurred is related to the increased number of students.  The best solution to overcome this problem is by turning off the water after used. Instead of minimizing the water usage.  Limitation of the study  Difficulties in finding suitable article that related with our research.  All the materials are the research based on wide area.

 Suggestions for further study based on the research outcome. 1.The future study should be done on the specific area. 2.Students should come out with many report titles. 3.The distributions of questionnaire should be given to the outside respondents in order to get more information and good feedback. 4. Using online questionnaire can save the time & cost.

 Concluding remarks  Since there is increasing number of students, so the possibility of water crisis to occur is higher than usual.
