3/10/11 What do we seek to achieve over the next 5 years? Enforce implementation of the FP Act A single classification system for the country Classify not less than films, DVDs, publications and games Reach out to not less than 30 million South Africans (directly and indirectly) Establish strategic partnerships with industry, government and NGO sector in SA, regionally and internationally. Train not less than law enforcement Officers, social workers, child care workers and Life Skills orientation teachers. Roll out cyber safety education in schools – integration into the LO curriculum. Digitization of records Achieve 80% convergence ratings of our classification decisions 22
