When they are born there as small as a jelly bean. They are named joeys when they are small. When they are born they are pink. They eat the leaves from eucalyptus trees. A koalas habitat ranges from bush lands to low woodlands.

Everyone can help. You can donate money to the Australian Wildlife Foundation. If you drive in areas where koalas live, you can make sure you are careful not to hit any of them. You can make sure you don’t cut down eucalyptus trees. They may be a koalas home.
