Cliff diving The least complicated extreme sport What you need: cliff, water, courage

There are few tips how you can try this sport, when you don´t want to get hurt or killed:  1. the water must be deep enough Ex: the height of the cliff – 12 meters (5. floor) water depth – at least 4 meters

 2. You have to check for rocks and other object in the water and at the cliff surface.  3. Make sure you can swim well.  4. Try jump not head down and when you hit the water, stretch your legs and arms out.
